The beauty of this sales email approach lies in its simplicity and brevity. Make the recipient a quick offer that will be of interest to them and then sign off. Take a look:

Hello [First Name], You may have heard of our [Your Product] – more than [Achievement] to date. We [What Your Product/Company Does]. Would [Recipient’s Company] want to [Your Offer]? I’d love to connect, [Your Name]

Example:

Hello Bob, You may have heard of the Dicemaster 3000 – more than 20,000 people have ordered it to date! At, Amazing Cutlery Inc., we pride ourselves on crafting quality knives and selling them for honest prices. Would Bobby’s Diner be interested in purchasing the Dicemaster 3000 at a special discounted rate? I’d love to connect, Jimmy Jones

2. The “Honest” Approach

These days it seems like you can’t go anywhere, online or off, without running into some kind of marketing campaign or promotional ad. It’s made modern consumers very suspicious of companies and inclined not to take them at their word.

So if you present yourself as honest and authentic — a person who’s more concerned with the prospect’s welfare than his own benefit — you’ll immediately have an advantage over the many other sales emails your prospect surely receives on a weekly basis.

Example:

Hi Anna, I hate to say it, but most content marketing gurus and agencies let you down. I want to change this. I want to help you market your company effectively and give you the assets you need to succeed. Imagine not having to constantly post on every social media platform or create a constant barrage of blogs and videos to get clients. Imagine having the flexibility to focus on your company’s core business propositions instead. 3. The “Make an Offer” Approach

We mentioned earlier how busy your prospects are. We’re guessing you’re pretty busy too. So stop wasting everyone’s valuable time and get down to brass tacks. That’s the approach this next email template takes. It comes to us from Carmine Mastropierro, a professional copywriter.

We like this template because it doesn’t mince words. The prospect is either in or out. Once you have your answer you can move on. Check it out:

Example:

Hey Ashley, I found BigAnalytics through Capterra and really like what you’re doing with your approach to blog content. Your articles are really insightful! 4. The “Amazing Design” Approach

6. The “More Value” Approach

7. The “Foot in the Door” Approach

Does this scenario sound familiar?

You’re browsing the internet and suddenly come across a website for a new company in your industry. They look really professional and you just know that they’d be a perfect fit for the products you sell. So you get to work looking for the right person to reach out to.

Unfortunately, the “right person” is a ghost. You can’t find an email address anywhere on the company’s website or their personal LinkedIn profile. What’s a salesperson to do?
